Kelsey Wood - Asst. Principal

Welcome Wood Ducks! I am so excited to be the first Assistant Principal here at Woodland Elementary School. I can't wait to experience this amazing year with each of you. 

After graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, I began my career here in Onslow County Schools. I served in both the Richlands and Holly Ridge areas of Onslow County and taught both third grade and first grade. While continuing to be an educator, I pursued my Master's degree through East Carolina University and graduated with a Master's in School Administration. 

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading a good book, and going to the gym with friends.
